“Can’t recommend Luke enough! Before we came across Luke, we had made contact with and were about to go ahead with another company to create our new website. This review isn’t about them so all I’ll say is despite being a large “reputable” company, they were clearly only interested in money and they kept adding cost after cost for things they failed to mention upon the initial quote which ended up on the website build effectively doubling in cost. That’s when we pulled out and started looking elsewhere and I’m glad we did. I made contact with Luke and from the very start his passion for what he does was evident. Instead of the usual sales talk, he took the time to fully understand what we do and what we were after which made me realise immediately that this was the guy for the job. He presented me with a clear and concise costing structure - one which is extremely competitive and fantastic value for what you get in return - and not once did he try and force any extras upon us. Luke was a great help when it came to helping us decide exactly what to put on the website, different pages and content etc. We obviously had an idea as to how we wanted the website to be, but not being website designers ourselves the ideas and recommendations proposed to us by Luke were all fantastic and spot on. There were times where we as a company were slow getting the necessary content over to him but Luke was always understanding, patient and cracked on with things as soon as we provided him with what he needed. One other nice touch is the effort he put in to ensuring we understood everything and how it all works. I had numerous zoom calls with him where he explained on-screen how to do things, and I’ve got another training session coming up so that I can manage the basics of site if we ever need to make changes. Not only was this all included in the price where I’m sure others would charge extra, it’s also nice to have this human contact where many would just send you a documented guide and expect you to work it all out from there. The end result was far beyond what we had hoped for. Luke didn’t hit the brief … he smashed it!!! If you want someone who is clearly an expert in their field and actually puts you as a client first, then LG Web Design is the place to go! Many Thanks.”

I contacted him in despair about a website I had been presented with from another company, who simply didn’t care that they’d used the wrong colours from my logo and had even mis-spelt my proof read text.
