2. I collect personal data such as name, email address and phone number when you request a free quote. I use this data to send you your free quote, and/or communicate with you regarding your requirements.

3. I collect personal data such as email address and password for your social media account(s) if you purchase social media setup and/or social media marketing. I use this data to provide those services.

4. I collect personal data such address, mobile number and date of birth if you purchase Facebook social media setup, and you don’t have a personal account.

5. I collect personal data such as email address and password for domain provider(s) if you require assistant with domain connection or transfer. I use this data to login to the control panel and manage your domain name(s).

6. I collect person data such as email address and password if you require my assistance connecting third party accounts/services to your Squarespace website. I use this data to login to your account and provide the assistance if possible.

7. I collect personal details such as address if you purchase Search Engine Optimisation Business Package or Google My Business Setup. I use this data to verify your Google My Business listing.

8. I collect personal data such as IP address when you visit my website. See my Cookie Policy below for more information.

10. If you become a client your name and email address with be manually subscribed to my MailChimp newsletter to receive news and updates. 11. If you request a quote or become a client your business name, name and email address will be stored in my Wave account. This is to allow me send quotes invoices, reminders and receipts. Click here to read Wave’s privacy policy.

12. If you become a client I will share your first name(s) on website and social media pages.

13. I will publish your name on my website if you send me a testimonial.

14. I may share access to your website on the Squarespace Circle Forum during the design process if I require assistance with writing custom CSS code. All personal date visible on enabled web pages will be visit to members of the forum.

15. All personal data collect is stored indefinitely, unless instructed otherwise.
